George (3) Livesey was born to parents George (2) Livesey and his second wife Priscilla Fagan [Birth Index: Salford 8d 161, 1881 (March)].
The 1881 Census finds him at age 3 months living in his parents' household at 2, Robinson's Court in Salford.
The 1891 Census finds him at age 10 living at 18, Wood Street in Salford in the household of his step-father William Ashworth, the third husband of Priscilla.
The 1901 Census finds him at age "21" living at 1, Riding Street in Salford with his siblings, mother and step-father William Ashworth. He was occupied as a labourer in a warehouse.
On November 17th 1906 he married Emily (nee) Holmes at Chorlton upon Medlock [Marriage Index: Chorlton 8c 1203, 1906 (Dec)] [IGI: Film No. 2112985].
The 1911 Census finds them living at 8, Hope Street in Chorlton upon Medlock with George (3) occupied as a warehouseman. Their household form misspells their surname as "Livsey". With them was their first child Richard Henry Livesey, named after Emily's father Richard Henry Holmes.
The National Register for England and Wales 1939 finds them living at 17, Elvington Street in Hulme, Manchester. He was occupied as a packer and trucker for a shipping warehouse and she as a charwoman. They had two children with them, one of them Priscilla Olive who was occupied as a sewing machinist. Emily's birthdate is given as April 2nd 1884.
George (3) appears to have died aged "65" in March 1946 [Death Index: Manchester 8d 76, 1946 (March)], being buried on March 20th at the Southern Cemetery [Section BB, Grave No. 2315] in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester, his occupation being recorded as warehouseman.
Emily probably died in 1977 [Death Index: Manchester 38 1400, 1977 (Sept) : DOB 3AP1884], perhaps with her date of birth recorded very slightly inaccurately.
Priscilla Olive married Richard Grenville ("Joe") Kent in Cornwall in 1945 [Marriage Index: Bodmin 5c 159, 1945 (June)]. He died on February 25th 2009 and his funeral service was held at the Rock Methodist Church in Wadebridge, Cornwall on March 5th prior to cremation. Priscilla died on March 16th 2016 in Taunton Dean, Somerset and is commemorated on a gravestone at the Chapel Amble Methodist Cemetery in St. Kew, Cornwall.
