William (4) Livesey's origins are currently unknown other than that he was born in the 18th century, probably in Lancashire.
He married a woman named Agnes and produced by her at least one child named Richard. This child - who may have been Richard (1) Livesey - was christened at Penwortham in Lancashire on November 1st 1795 [IGI: Batch P005402]. The latter record spells the family surname as "Livesay".
Nothing more is currently known of him.
