The US 1900 Census finds her at age 4 living with her parents at 229, Oak Hill Avenue, Jackson City in Jackson County and confirms her birthdate as November 1895.
The US 1920 Census finds her at age 24 living with her husband and first three children in the 3rd Precinct of Jackson City. Her parents were also in the household.
On August 31st 1914 she married George Clinton Storm, who was born on August 10th 1889 [descendant's report].
Hattie Anna died on June 28th 1955 and George Clinton on February 19th 1943, both in Jackson, Michigan [descendant's report].
Beatrice Eleanor and her husband Clarence Sharp were buried in the Woodland Cemetery in Jackson.
Dorothy ("Dottie") Esther retained during her life a memory from her early childhood of having seen her great-grandfather Daniel and his wife Priscilla when they were elderly, sitting on the front porch of the house bought for them by Albert Henry (1). Her sister Jean Marie has kindly supplied the site author with a copy of a fine photograph showing them on this same porch. Dorothy married Victor Pearson. She died aged nearly 88 on July 14th 2007, and her obituary was as follows:
PEARSON Dorothy (Dottie) Esther, 88, of Troy, Michigan passed away on July 14. Wife of the late Victor Pearson and survived by children Clair Truax of Borrego Springs, California, James (Diane) Pearson of Highland, Michigan, Ann (Gary) Renard of Troy, Kay (Frank) Plahutnik of Nanuet, NY, sister Jean Scott of Clinton Township and four grandchildren, Lauren Palazzolo, Tom and Joe Plahutnik, and Erica Pearson. Born in Jackson, Michigan, she taught in Dearborn Heights for 15 years. She and Vic hosted an AFS foreign exchange daughter, Indira Jonklaas from Sri Lanka, now of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dottie was active in the Dearborn Women's Club, sang in the church choir, painted china, played the organ and was an avid bird watcher. She and Victor were married 48 years and shared a mutual love of adventure, travelling extensively in the U.S., Mexico and Canada, and retired to Charlevoix, Michigan and Mesa, Arizona. She was preceded in death by one brother, two sisters and grandchildren Jimmy Plahutnik and Erin Renard. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 18 at 11:00 a.m. at the Troy Church of the Nazarene, with internment at Norwood, Michigan.
