Brief biography

Robert (3) Bathurst [JBC: #4983] probably originated from the Bathursts of Lechlade in Gloucestershire. He married at St. Giles Cripplegate on December 28th 1761 to Mary Cash. Mary was possibly the child baptized on May 23rd 1743 at St. Dunstan, Stepney of parents Alexander Cash and his wife Elizabeth Newlee who had married at St. Dunstan on July 31st 1729 [IGI: Batch M055763].

In 1764 he was at Haggerston in Shoreditch, and in 1774 he was at George Yard in London EC3.

It is not known when he or his wife died.

Robert (4) may have died young. Mary (1) was buried at St. Leonard aged 3 weeks in 1774.
